4:30 pm - bike ride (meet at TRECS parking lot)
6:00 pm - optional very short run (to start practicing those brick workouts!)

Tuesday:
6:30 am -Swim at SAC
5:30 pm -Track work-out with the KTC (at the track)

Wednesday:
3:30 pm -Swim at SAC
5:30 pm -Run with KTC at the Runner's Market

Thursday:
6:30 am -Swim at SAC
4:00 pm -bike ride (meet at TRECS)

Friday:
5:00 pm - Fun Run around campus

Saturday:
rest, relax, something fun and social maybe?!

Sunday:
2:00 - long run (meet at TRECS)
