6:30 am -Swim at SAC
5:30 pm -Track work-out with the KTC (at the track)
Wednesday:
3:30 pm -Swim at SAC
5:30 pm -Run with KTC at the Runner's Market
Thursday:
6:30 am -Swim at SAC
5:15-6:15 pm - Spin class in downstairs Trecs studio
Friday:
3:30 pm -Swim at SAC
5:00 pm -Campus run (meet at TRECS)
Saturday:
R & R, TLC - whatever you want to call it
Sunday:
***Atomic Man Half-IronMan --- a few volunteers still needed!!! I promise, it won't be that bad!
2 pm - Long run from Trecs
