This week's workouts

If you can't make practices this week but want something productive to do, this is what we'll be doing this week:


Swimming: Warmup with 200 swim/200 kick/ 200 pull/ 200 drills

3 or 4 x

100 fast rest 20
300 hard but steady r. 60

100 or 200 easy cooldown


Running:

15 min medium pace warmup

4-8 hill repeats - we are running on campus
